We are extremely excited! We are hosting Tony Blauer, founder of Blauer Tactical Systems and the SPEAR System of self-defense right here in Miami. It will be held Saturday December 3rd at Crossfit South Miami for a one-day no holds-barred, no bullshit, professional and personal self-defense clinic. I’ve talked to people who have said this is a life-changing (and saving) course.

The clinic is open to anyone and everyone. You don’t have to be a CrossFitter!! (So invite your favorite people, family & friends).

As a community we offer so much education from general fitness, to specialized skills and nutrition, a missing component in our preparation for the ‘unknown and the unknowable’ is confrontation management and Tony is a pioneer in this realm.
