This wod is dedicated to Dmitry Klokov, probably the most rugged Olympian at these years’ games. Klokov is highly respected in the world of strength because of his work ethic and his humbleness. Unlike many, Klokov does not draw attention to himself; he silently gets his work done. His mental concentration and physical prowess is what have made him a superstar of Russia.

      Even thoughI was out the area code on Friday, I’ll respond for fear of the punishment I might receive Monday. I’d rather be whichever one makes my fit into my clothes. I thinking that would be faster based upon what I have seen in the box.

    I’m stronger than I am fast, so I should work on my speed … but, I think being stronger is more useful. After all, most zombies move quite slow, so speed isn’t too much of a concern.

    I absolutely hate the feeling I get from wall balls! It is horrible. Stronger because speed isn’t a problem, it’s the ridiculous mile runs mr.cool coach makes us do for a warm up! Mark my words, he will run with us one day

    9:03 RX in an uninspired performance. I too hate wall balls. The interesting thing about a WOD like that is what goes through your head, the mind games, like “I don’t think I’ve ever done this many before,” or “My knees hurt already and I still have 100 to go,” or “Is that guy done already?”, or “I wonder what I’m having for dinner tonight,” or “Isn’t it funny how fast Gal thinks he is?” (just yanking your chain, buddy!)

    QOD : Most definitely Faster I’d much rather be a Usain Bolt of Ryan Lochte than a Brian Shaw or any of the olympic lifters. They just look fat to me, not the kind of body that looks good in skinny jeans!
