      Great to have you back Brad. 27.44 today with double squat wall balls instead of 2 for ones. Love those man makers. They keep me in the game with the superkids.

      Alcohol in it’s many forms followed closely by self gratification. Both vice and weekness.

    happy 4th. lately I have been enjoying an occasional muddled grey goose gimlet on the rocks. I may have one of these later to celebrate this great country and you should too.

    I didn’t even look at the clock. By the end my man makers were quite floppy. My vice is sugar sugar sugar. I just can’t kick the habit.
