90 Day TEAM Paleo Challenge Instructions:
1) Find a teammate, male/female/coed
2) Call and schedule appointment with Gables Diagnostic Center. You have till April 15th… don’t procrastinate! (this will be how you register for the competition)
3) On your own, do blood-work, measurements of chest, abdomen (belly button) and hips and take a before photo (keep photo till the end).
4) Open and read Paleo Plan eBook (eBook and Fat’s & Oils Guide). You should also print it out.
5) Eat Paleo and live healthy lifestyle for 90 days.
6) At day 90 repeat steps 2 and 3.

9 somethingish Rx. Took the weight from the rack as I was pretty crushed from back squats.
3 MU’s. Keep getting worse at MU’s, not better…….
9:27 at 195lbs. 200 is proving to be my goat at cleaning.
9:54 @185lbs. 3 mu’s without release, getting slowly better at those.

9:10 @ 95lbs. I don’t know if its considered a muscle up but, thanks to Jess’s instruction, I managed to do 1 with the assistance of the band… And I’m darn happy with that!!!
